Most of this legal/terms-of-use stuff should be common sense, but just so I’m covered:
- All original content on Zoominac.com is property of Zoominac.com and its owner(s). Linking or quoting Zoominac.com is greatly encouraged and appreciated – just please cite and give credit when applicable, as is the policy of Zoominac.com to do the same.
- Commenting, debating and interacting on Zoominac.com is also greatly encouraged and appreciated. However, any comment may be removed for any reason at any time. Comments with profane, racist, sexually explicit or grossly misspelled or grammatically-incorrect statements will be removed. That being said, the fact that a comment is left on the site is by no means an endorsement of its content.
- “Comment spam” will not be tolerated and posters of such material will be removed.
- Linking or citing any website, article, blog post, or commentary by Zoominac.com is by no means an endorsement of its opinion or that of its author, unless explicitly stated.
- Zoominac.com makes every effort to make sure all claims are true and verified. However, mistakes happen, and this site should not be relied on as a sole source of information. If it is, then you need to get out more.
- Zoominac.com represents the opinions of its author, and his alone. It does not represent the opinions of his family, employer, advertisers, group affiliations, political parties, or candidates.
- These terms may be updated or changed at any time, so check back now and again in case that happens.
